Do you bill insurance?
No. Let's Talk Respiratory is a self-pay service. Every price on this page is exactly what you pay β no claims, deductibles, or surprise bills.
Is this only for CPAP users?
No. We also help with BiPAP, nebulizer, home oxygen, ventilator and tracheotomy care, and general respiratory education for smokers and family caregivers.
Can I book without a monthly plan?
Yes. Every service is available as a one-time visit. Monthly plans are optional for patients who want ongoing support.
Do you offer urgent help after hours?
We're not an emergency service. For breathing distress, chest pain, or blue lips/fingertips, call 911. For non-emergency urgent questions, we reply within 24 business hours during MonβFri 10 amβ4 pm ET.
Virtual visits, in-home visits, or both?
Both. Telehealth is available anywhere in Florida. In-home visits are available in Tampa, Hillsborough County, and Pinellas County.
What areas do you serve?
In-home: Tampa, Hillsborough County, and Pinellas County. Telehealth: statewide in Florida.
How do I request an appointment?
Use the booking page or the embedded Calendly scheduler. Pick a time, pay, and you're set.
What happens during a consultation?
Setup guidance, settings review, troubleshooting, patient/caregiver education, and practical technique training β matched to your specific equipment and situation.
Do I need a prescription?
No prescription is required for education or coaching. If your equipment (CPAP, BiPAP, oxygen, vent) is already prescribed, bring the settings information so we can review it together.
Which equipment brands can you help with?
Most consumer and home-care brands, including ResMed, Philips Respironics, DeVilbiss, Fisher & Paykel, Drive DeVilbiss, Inogen, and common home-oxygen and nebulizer units. If you're unsure, ask when you book.
How often will I need follow-ups?
Most patients do great with one thorough visit plus written follow-up. Complex cases (new vent/trach, adherence struggles, new caregivers) often benefit from a monthly check-in for the first 1β3 months.
Telehealth vs. in-person β which should I choose?
Telehealth is ideal for settings reviews, education, and troubleshooting you can demonstrate on camera. In-person is better for mask fitting, physical setup, home-safety walk-throughs, and hands-on caregiver training.
