Do you bill insurance?

No. Services are self-pay only at this time, so appointments and monthly plans are paid out of pocket.

Is this only for CPAP users?

No. Support also includes BiPAP, nebulizer training, oxygen therapy guidance, and respiratory equipment troubleshooting.

Can I book without a monthly plan?

Yes. One-time consultations are available for troubleshooting, full reviews, and urgent respiratory equipment concerns.

Do you offer urgent help after hours?

Yes. Emergency Support is available for urgent respiratory equipment issues outside regular business hours.

Do you provide virtual visits, in-home visits, or both?

Both. Patients can request virtual support, in-home support, or whichever option works best for them.

What areas do you serve?

Tampa, Hillsborough County, and Pinellas County.
